Tai Chi classes in Sefton

We currently teach Tai Chi and Chi Kung in the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton in Merseyside. Would you like to try a class?

To try a class, you will be required to pay for 4 taster sessions in advance. The cost of each class is different and we do not offer pay-as-you-go drop-in sessions. As we have limited spaces per class, please do not turn up to any of our classes without first contacting the school or the relevant instructor to check for availability.
