You will find below a list of our Chi Kung and Tai Chi classes in St. Helens & Prescot. These Tai Chi classes are suitable for people living locally at Rainhill, Billinge, Rainford, Huyton, Knotty Ash, West Derby, Knowsley, Whiston, Newton-le-Willows and Ashton-in-Makerfield.

To try a class, you will be required to pay for 4 taster sessions in advance. The cost of each class is different and we do not offer pay-as-you-go drop-in sessions. As we have limited spaces per class, please do not turn up to any of our classes without first contacting the school or the relevant instructor to check for availability.
