Tai Chi classes in Formby, Sefton

We currently have three Tai Chi classes at the Holy Trinity Parish Church Hall in Formby. One of our classes is on Monday evening. This is a slightly advanced class where we teach the traditional Yang-style long form.

The other two classes are on Wednesday morning, which from Spring 2027 will be accepting new beginner students! The first Wednesday class runs from 10.15am to 11.15am and the second class from 11.30am to 12.30pm. If you are looking to join a completely new beginners Tai Chi class, then you can enquire to join either of our Wednesday classes. By informing us of your interest, we can reserve your spot and keep you in touch for when the beginners class will start in Spring 2027.

To try a class, you will be required to pay for 4 taster sessions in advance. The cost of each class is different and we do not offer pay-as-you-go drop-in sessions unless specified. As we have limited spaces per class, please do not turn up to any of our classes without first contacting the school or the relevant instructor to check for availability.
